How to Join
Membership Requirements
To join CCBC, an applicant must meet the following requirements:
Age RequirementMust be at least 18 years old
Attend MeetingsAttend two of three consecutive club meetings
Fish TournamentsFish two regular tournaments with a current member
Follow Club RulesFollow club bylaws, tournament rules, and CA fishing regulations
Membership VoteBe approved by membership vote and pay standard member fees
For Boaters
Boater Requirements
Members who wish to participate as boaters must have a safe, fully equipped vessel:
Coast Guard CompliantMeets U.S. Coast Guard regulations
Liability InsuranceMinimum $300,000 liability insurance required
Boat SizeAt least 17 feet in length with 115+ HP engine
Safety EquipmentEngine kill switch, working live well and bilge pump
LightsNavigation and anchor lights required
Trolling SetupBow mounted trolling motor and front casting platform
